Is there a limit to the number of children I can bring?
There is no limit to the number of children you bring, but keep in mind they must be your children.
What is the age limit for children to participate?
Children 0-12 years old are a welcome to attend. Although children above 6th grade are not allowed to participate in the program they may volunteer as a teacher's assistant by filling out THIS FORM.
May I bring someone else's children?
No, you must be the legal guardian of the children who participate.
Who will be watching my children?
Your children will be cared for by our church's staff and volunteers.
Do you perform background checks on workers?
The primary worker in each age group has undergone and passed a broad screen criminal background check.
What will my children be doing at PNO?
Although the program is subject to change, the children will be broken into small groups by age and accompanied by a worker to various stations during the event. Stations may include: Dinner, Basic Martial Arts, Basic Gymnastics, Music, Games, and Crafts.
What will my children be doing at Daybreaks?
Although the program is subject to change, the children will be broken into small groups by age and accompanied by a worker to stations during the event. The stations Include: Making Homemade Ice Cream, Tie-dying T-shirts, Music, Games, and Snack. At the end of the afternoon all groups will gather for a fun and interactive closing program.
What are the age group divisions?
Infants - 2 years, 2-5 years, K-2nd Grade, 3rd-4th Grade, 5th-6th Grade.
What restaurants will you be offering gift card's to for PNO?
The gift cards will be to local restaurants such as: Macaroni Grill, Outback, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Carabbas, On the Boarder, Chilli's and Waters Edge. When you arrive you will spin the "Restaurant Roulette Wheel" whatever card the wheel lands on is the restaurant you will receive a gift card to.
What gift card's are available for Daybreaks?
We will be offering $10 gift cards to local places like Panera and Starbucks. When you arrive you will spin the "Restaurant Roulette Wheel" whatever card the wheel lands on is the restaurant you will receive a gift card to.
Can I request a different gift card if I don't like the one I get?

Can I participate in more than one QPNO/Daybreaks event?
You may participate in more than one QPNO/Daybreaks but if they are in the same month preference will be given to those who have not yet participated.

Pillar is a Baptist Church.
When and where are your church services?
Sunday morning at 10:30am in Dumfries and Sunday evening at 6:30pm in Stafford.
Does it matter what service branch we are in?
No, if you are active duty and have a military ID you are welcome to participate, local fire fighters and Police officers are also welcome to sign up.

Where and when do I drop off my children?
The QPNO event will be held at Novaks' Gymnastics in Dumfries, VA. Novaks' Gymnastics Center is located across from Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Old Stage Coach Road. The address is 17535 Old Stage Coach Rd, Dumfries, VA 22026
You are welcome to drop off your children between 4:45 PM and 5:00 PM.
How many children will be present?
We are limiting the events to 25 families depending on location. We expect there to be 50-60 children at each event.
What is the student to teacher ratio?
There will be a teacher and an assistant in each class. The ratio should be 1 leader for every 5 children.
